On October 31, the cryptocurrency exchange M2 Exchange faced a hacker attack, resulting in the theft of $13.7 million in Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Solana in just ten minutes. Despite a swift response from the cybersecurity team, the losses were significant.

On November 1, the exchange administration announced that the situation has been fully resolved and customer funds have been returned. Representatives of M2 Exchange stated, "We take full responsibility for any potential user losses. All services are operating without restrictions, and additional monitoring tools have been implemented."

Additionally, the decentralized autonomous organization Tapioca DAO was also affected, where a hacker stole TAP tokens worth $1.6 million.
