Tether signed an agreement with Turkish cryptocurrency company BTguru

The issuer of the most popular stablecoin promises to promote educational initiatives, make arrangements with local banks and large investment funds.

The partnership began as part of Tether Edu, the educational division of the US company. In April 2024, the USDT issuer announced that it plans to expand globally. The list of new directions for the company includes Tether Data - a division for development and investment in digital technologies, Tether Finance - financial solutions and tokenization and Tether Power - cryptocurrency mining.

Earlier, Tether announced that in partnership with the Nodo platform it will teach residents of African countries to make transactions with stablecoins.
